Volunteering with the CPO and the Upcoming Mozart Festival

So last Thursday I did something I haven’t done in quite some time – I had an arts and crafts moment putting together paper Mozart’s wigs for the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.  But we did more than just make them – we handed them out on 8th Ave. while the Philharmonic Choir sang some of Mozart’s masterpieces…I even tried on a paper wig myself (but apparently my head is just too big ;))!

This was all done for the promotion of the Mozart Festival presented by the Haskayne School of Business and starting that evening with a presentation at Mount Royal University Speaking of Mozart – A Discussion of the Man, the Master and the Music.  More information and ticket ordering info can be found on the Mozart Festival Page including information on all the other upcoming Mozart Events.

Finally here are some pictures from a lunch break very well spent with the CPO!
